These are a few of the menu options available to you.  We love to customize each menu and value your individual tastes.  don't hesitate to make changes!

Fresh Vegetable Platter: a variety of mixed veggies including cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and mixed peppers. Served with ranch dip

Gourmet Meat, Cheese and Crackers: rolled turkey, roast beef, and ham along with sliced cheddar, Colby and pepper jack cheeses- served with gourmet crackers. 

Antipasto Display: these are the little goodies that everyone likes- black and green olives, pickled asparagus and artichoke hearts

Teriyaki Chicken:  tender chicken breast baked in a teriyaki sauce until perfection.

Herbed Cream Cheese Croissants or Roll-ups: both ham and turkey with our own unique herbed cream cheese-either wrapped in a tortilla or served on a freshly baked croissant-served bite size

Bourbon Sweet and Sour Meatballs: made with my very own spicy recipe- definitely a crowd pleaser. 

Bacon Wrapped Apricots: these tasty treats are baked to perfection

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms: a favorite recipe including crab meat-served warm

Hot Crab Dip:  a house specialty- made with lots of great ingredients and served with deli bread

Fresh Fruit Platter:  a variety of in season fruit including strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapes. ( Fruit varies by season.)

Italian Display: salami, provolone cheese, green olives, black olives, marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts and pepperoncinis-served with gourmet crackers

Asparagus Roll-Ups: pickled asparagus enclosed in  herbed cream cheese and rolled with ham

Fruit and Cheese Display: cheddar, havarti, and Swiss cheese with strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe and pineapple

Honey Mustard Poached Salmon: a generous salmon fillet topped with red onions, capers, lemons and a freshly prepared honey mustard sauce-served with deli breads

Jumbo Iced Prawns: served in a wonderful silver bowl and with a fantastic cocktail sauce

Cubed Cheese and Crackers: Colby, cheddar and pepper jack cheese's served with gourmet crackers
